  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, since this is a first drop collection please be patient as we fulfill all the orders.

  • Order Verification: We may contact you to verify your order if additional information is needed to ensure accuracy and security.


Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier's website or via our Order Tracking Page.


Shipping Address

  • Ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items

Customs and Import Fees (for international orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
